Poem: We Must

We Must

We go, must go, will go,
I must, so you will,
and you must, so I will,
and we go, we do
and we must:
it is not a wanting thing,
is not that, is the other,
is the must, is needs,
is demands and needs
and obligation.  I must,
and so we go and you go
and you must, too, now,
because I must, and I must
because you must,
when you must,
and that comes, too,
is coming, too.
We go and then go again,
because we must
and still there is more,
more musts.  They are ours, now.
I should not call it mine or yours.
