Poem: We Must Go

We Must Go

but it will be dangerous,
it will be unsafe
being there, being gone,
travelling.  We must go,
must make the journey,
we are obligated
and is needed:
you need this,
I know it is necessary.
But I do not relish it,
I am not glad
to risk ourselves,
though I am willing,
am prepared.
For you, I am prepared.
