Poem: You Have Considered The Problems

You Have Considered The Problems

are prepared, I know,
with plans and solutions
based on data
and with practical,
implementable steps
and goals that can be measured,
but I am not certain
if it is ready, if making these changes
will work well, if it can handle
the way things can be
in the real world,
like if all our wallets
are stolen by goblins
or their is a group of bats
who decide to set fire
to nursing homes.
You need to have answers
for these and many other possibilities,
but you have not considered
even the possiblity
of the earthworms and moths
joining forces, or
the grass deciding
it would rather be another color.
