Poem: Waiting Is What I Would Prefer

Waiting Is What I Would Prefer

Not rushing ahead,
not pushing forward,
not going for it, no,
taking time, instead.  Yes,
just wait.  It will be
better to see what
will happen first,
besides, it takes
so much energy
to even try.  We
should just wait,
if we wait long
enough it will be
the same as trying
and failing, so
we can just wait
and say we made
a real effort.
