Poem: Once it starts

Once it starts

it will go,
but it does not
always start
without a fuss,
a bit too much time,
a distraction.
It would be better
if it were simple
to sit down and start,
and maybe it could be,
or maybe that
is what I think
would be ideal,
even though it is silly
and not all that realistic.
It may be best
not to prod all that much,
anyhow.  There are
superstitions
about such things.
