Poem: I have not said much of anything

I have not said much of anything

about the details of what you have done.
I don't think she knows them,
but I have not said a thing,
though it seems relevant,
and I do believe it is would be good
if she knew, would be right
for her to have the information.
But I am not the one
who can do that.
I know, it would be petty and cruel
if I told her.  But it is what you did
and it is relevant.  I suppose
I feel guilty not saying anything,
but I know I cannot tell her.
You would not understand
or be forgiving
even if all I said
was the truth
about who you are
and what you have done.
