Poem: Those words have a meaning

Those words have a meaning

and not the one you intend,
and that is important,
cannot be ignored.
You will tell me
you intended another meaning
but that is not enough.
It is lazy and dishonest
and shows you do not care.
There is nothing that can redeem that,
but that is fine with you, anyhow.
None of this is anything
that will matter to you.
I am the only one
who will be upset.
