Poem: There Needs to Be A Process

There Needs to Be A Process

a strategy to guide each action.
Without that, there is nothing,
only accidents, happenstance,
nothing planned, nothing to build upon.
It is not enough to do this or that,
not if there is to be progress.
There must be a plan,
not only the goal
but a way to get there.
