Poem: Frog Riding

Frog Riding

All of us have thought it,
have wished and wondered,
imagined it being true:
what if the frogs
were large enough
we could ride them,
could hop on the back
and have it hop forward
to our destination,
though one must worry
frogs of that size
would also indicate
the necessary scale of insect.
