Poem: Remaining
Remaining
We must watch
that what is left
remains, is not
vanished away:
so much already
has not remained,
was ours but is gone,
or changed to nothing,
and what is left
must be guarded,
but it was the guards
who took the rest.
Remaining
We must watch
that what is left
remains, is not
vanished away:
so much already
has not remained,
was ours but is gone,
or changed to nothing,
and what is left
must be guarded,
but it was the guards
who took the rest.
