Poem: Some Day

Some Day

We will be standing around,
perhaps outside
on a sunlight day
or else, sitting inside,
watching rain
through the window,
and we will talk
about these days,
will think back
on what is happening
now, and I am certain
we will know more
of what to say about it all,
if we survive this
I am sure we will,
though I can only guess
what we might say,
what there will be
that must be said.
