Poem: Turn Back

Turn Back

You have to.  This is not
a place for you.  You

think it is

for you, being
here, you
have journeyed

but this is no
place for you.  I

know, it was
not a place

I should have come,
but I did, am
here now.  Do

not stay.  I cannot
explain why,

to explain would
ruin you, would do
what staying

will do.  Just
leave, turn away,
trust me, please,
though you haven't
a reason, trust me:
turn back.
