Poem: Fool, Giving All That to The Ground

Fool, Giving All That to The Ground

when it was for the sky,
now you must wait:
the ground will accept
your gift, but it
is so much slower
than the sky, will
take a year, years
to reward you, will
never be clear
about what it is
you can expect
in return or when.
No, the sky
is always above,
will brighten
itself to you
today.  Even
if the ground will
offer you more,
do you believe
it is better to wait
through such
a season, and how
can you be
prepared, what
do you know
that makes it easy
to have such patience?
