I have noticed

but have you? 

You must

be aware

but I wonder

if you allow that,

or if it

is worse

and you cannot

even tell,

are incapable,

do not know how

to notice

what is happening.

You are not

as you were;

everyone knows it.

What is left,

now, besides

this denial

and the rest

of the decline?
